The purpose of this document is to provide operational guidelines to those appointed to perform the functions of Area Mobility Managers, to support them in carrying out the tasks assigned to them by the Decree of the Minister of Ecological Transition (currently the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security), in agreement with the Minister of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility (currently the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport) of May 12, 2021, No. 179.
The document is divided into three parts: the first part outlines the reference context and describes the requirements for area mobility managers; the second part is dedicated to aspects related to the appointment of the role and its organizational placement within the relevant entity; and the third part, finally, details the activities to be carried out.
