MIT – Operational guidelines for SUMP in Municipalities with 50.000 to 100.000 inhab.

These operational guidelines are addressed to Municipalities with a population between 50.000 and 100.000 inhabitants not included in the territory of metropolitan cities and to cities identified as nodes of the trans-European transport network (TEN-T) with a population of less than 100.000 inhabitants, as a tool for guidance and support in the drafting of the SUMP.

Municipalities with a population between 50.000 and 100.000 inhabitants included in the territory of a metropolitan city that still wish to draft their own SUMP are invited to do so in coherence with that of the metropolitan city to which they belong.
