TPSosta is an application for Android and iOS devices designed to simplify the survey of parking demand. With a user-friendly interface, it allows manual data entry and automatically saves it in a text file. The goal of TPSosta is to simplify and automate the process of surveying parking demand in cities, enabling surveyors to record and save data efficiently and error-free.
How Does It Work? TPSosta uses Java for logic and XML for graphics. The vertical, single-page interface allows operators to fill in the required fields and press “ENTER” to save the data in a text file.
Interface. The interface is simple and straightforward, with a top bar for navigation and file management. The main fields include zone, shift, street, and license plate, respecting privacy, with autocomplete functionality to facilitate completion. A reminder helps avoid data duplication.
Output. The automatically generated “dati.txt” file contains all the surveys with date and time, separated by semicolons for orderly and clear reading.
