Two SUMP created by TPS were approved in April, in two SNAI Inner Areas: the SUMP of the Inner Area of the Esteemed Regency of the Seven Municipalities and the SUMP of the North East Umbria Inner Area; both implement the intervention foreseen by the Inner Area Strategy (SNAI) and the Framework Program Agreement within the actions for mobility.

The Inner Areas are a part of the Italian territory as fragile as they are important: they represent more than 60% of the national surface and host 23% of the resident population. A widespread and very diversified reality, endowed with a rich historical, cultural, and environmental heritage. By definition, inner areas are distant from large centers, therefore they require special attention in the planning of sustainable mobility and in the accompaniment through the participation of the citizens.

A challenge that we at TPS have embraced and completed twice over!
