Vesuvius Red Zone: Naples’ Municipal Evacuation Plan Approved

The Municipal Evacuation Plan for the Vesuvius Red Zone aims to ensure a rational, coordinated, and well-known evacuation process for the population, considering the specific characteristics of the territory and local needs.

The evacuation scenarios, both autonomous and assisted, have been developed with a technical and specialized approach, adapting them to the real conditions of the territory. Furthermore, the Plan integrates communication and participation activities to ensure active involvement of the population, in line with initiatives already activated at various institutional levels.

Currently, the Evacuation Plan for the Sixth Municipality of Naples is the only one approved for the Vesuvius Red Zone.
