TPS Pro guides Gubbio and the North-East Inner Area of Umbria towards sustainable mobility in a European project

Last April, TPS Pro supported the Municipality of Gubbio and the other municipalities of AINEU (North-East Inner Area of Umbria) in the approval of the area PUMS. This achievement led Gubbio to win the European Adrion call – CITYMOVE project – together with 6 other foreign administrations: Mostar, Novi Pazar, Bar, Sv Nikola, Mat, Kantanos-Selino.

CITYMOVE focuses on sharing best practices for sustainable mobility planning. Gubbio, the only municipality in the group with an already approved PUMS, plays a key role, guiding and inspiring the other partner cities in developing their plans.

TPS Pro, in addition to supporting Gubbio in translating and summarizing the PUMS into English, assists the foreign municipalities in defining and building the planning process.

The kick-off meeting, held in Gubbio at the beginning of November, launched the project. In the first months of 2025, Gubbio’s PUMS will be shared with the partners, followed by a training course in Greece (Kantanos-Selino) in the spring.

This is just the first step for TPS Pro in offering services and support to cities, territories, and foreign countries.
