The press mapping reviewed the last 24 months. Over 500 articles published from the beginning of 2020 to the end of 2021 by 10 national and local newspapers were examined, with the aim of providing a qualitative metropolitan-scale analysis.
A total of 400 articles were selected and categorized, organized by the two years, each divided into four quarters. The analysis identified some “hot” topics for public opinion, including local public transport and sustainable mobility, with the aim of analyzing related terms and issues in more depth.
The topic of local public transport literally dominates the public debate throughout the entire two-year period analyzed, while the topic of sustainable mobility has seen a particular increase in interest in the last year.
